At Rimora, we want you to love your jewelry.
If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide whether you’d like to keep it.

 


 

1. If you’d like to return an item

You can return any unworn jewelry within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please make sure the product is in its original condition — undamaged, unsoiled, and unaltered — so that it can be resold.

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Download the return form (Click here to download)

  • Include the completed return slip in your parcel, indicating the quantity and reason for return. Download Return

  • Ensure that labels and packaging are intact and not removed or damaged.

  • If your order included a free gift as part of a promotion, please include it in your return if you no longer meet the promotional conditions.

 


 

2. Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or personalization reasons:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry (unless defective or we made an error).

  • Gift cards (non-refundable).

  • Promotional or free gifts.

Please note: we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for Advent calendars or other limited-edition sets once opened.

 


 

3. How to return your item

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
We’ve chosen to keep our jewelry prices fair and offer fast, reliable shipping — which is why we currently don’t cover return postage.

Once your parcel has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

 


 

4. Refund timeline

  • Returns are usually processed within 20 working days after we receive your parcel.

  • During busy periods or major promotions, processing may take up to 3–4 weeks.

  • Please keep your return shipping receipt until your refund has been issued.

 


 

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for your preferred piece.
