Please note that delivery times can occasionally vary depending on customs inspections or courier delays. We always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed on weekdays are processed within 3 days due many orders.
We try our best do ship out the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel online.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is packed and handed over to the courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once your parcel is in transit.

Taxes & Duties
Please note that product prices on Rimora.net do not include local taxes or import duties.
In some countries, orders above a certain value may be subject to customs fees or VAT upon delivery.
Rimora is not responsible for these additional charges, as they are determined by local customs authorities.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived
If your tracking shows as “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

Check for a delivery notice from the courier.

Confirm with neighbors, friends, or family who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

Wait up to 48 hours, as some couriers mark packages as “delivered” slightly before final drop-off.

If you’ve ordered with the wrong address, we unfortunately can’t help you out.
